Relatively limited talent pool requiring search within and outside the UK to ensure sufficiently wide choice: requirement to be based in West London HQ when not travelling: many candidates not actively seeking a move; rigorous and lengthy interview process risking fall-out from short list; very specific cultural criteria needed to be evident in candidate profiles
